• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of our services or use them for unauthorized purposes.

• Orders are confirmed after we receive all necessary details and specifications from the client.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Clients retain ownership of their original images submitted for editing.
• Upon final payment, the edited images become the client’s property. Smart Clipping retains the right to use edited work samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Smart Clipping respects client privacy and confidentiality. We will not share, sell, or distribute client images or information without prior consent.
• We use appropriate security measures to protect client data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Smart Clipping is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability to any client is limited to the total fee paid for the specific project in question.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior deemed harmful to our business.
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees for completed work remain due.

12. Changes to Terms and Services

• Smart Clipping may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes, but we recommend reviewing our Terms regularly.
