You retain ownership of the images, photographs, logos, graphics and other materials that you provide to Smart Clipping.

By submitting files for photo editing, you authorize Smart Clipping to access, process, edit, store and deliver those files solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions to submit and process the content.

Smart Clipping treats client project materials and business information as confidential and uses them primarily for providing the requested services.

We do not intentionally publish or publicly distribute client project files without appropriate authorization, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to operate the service.

Service pricing may vary depending on image complexity, editing requirements, volume, turnaround time and other project specifications.

Any agreed quotation, order confirmation or project-specific pricing will apply to the relevant work.

Clients are responsible for paying agreed charges according to the applicable payment terms.

If delivered images do not meet the agreed project requirements, clients may contact Smart Clipping regarding reasonable revisions.

Revision requests should be based on the original project instructions or agreed specifications. New requirements may be treated as additional work.

Estimated turnaround times may vary based on project size, complexity, service type, revision requirements and client feedback.

Any delivery estimate provided by Smart Clipping is an expected timeframe and may change when project requirements or source files change.
